NFT保有者向けガイドライン

本コンテンツについてのNFTを出庫した場合、NFTの保有者は、以下の「本NFT及び本コンテンツの利用に関する定め」に従い、本NFT及び本コンテンツを利用することができます。

本NFT及び本コンテンツの利用に関する定め
  1. 本NFTが表章するデジタルコンテンツ（以下「本コンテンツ」といいます。）の著作権は、本コンテンツの著作権者であると表示された者に留保されます。本NFTの譲渡は、著作権の譲渡を意味しません。
  2. 本コンテンツは当社が管理するウェブサーバ（第三者が提供するクラウドサーバーを含みます。）上に保存され、誰でも閲覧可能ですが、著作権は放棄されていません。
  3. 本NFTの保有者は、本NFT及び本コンテンツ（以下「本NFT等」と総称します。）を、私的使用のための複製や特定少数の者のみへの送信などの著作権法上許容される態様に加え、次の態様で利用することができます。ただし、当該利用が公序良俗に反し、又は当社、本コンテンツの著作権者若しくは本NFT等の評価若しくはイメージを毀損し、若しくは毀損するおそれのある態様でなされる場合を除きます。
    1. 本NFTをOpenSeaその他のNFTマーケットプレイス上で売買すること。
    2. 前号の売買の際に、OpenSeaその他のNFTマーケットプレイス上で本コンテンツのサムネイルを表示すること。
Guidelines for NFT holders
When an NFT holder withdraws an NFT related to the Content, the NFT holder may use the NFT and the Content in accordance with the following “Provisions relating to the use of the NFT and the Content.”
Provisions relating to the use of the NFT and the Content:
  1. The copyright for the digital content represented by the NFT (hereinafter, “the Content”) is reserved by the person indicated as the holder of the copyright for the Content. Transfer of the NFT shall not be construed as the transfer of copyright.
  2. The Content is stored on a web server managed by our company (including cloud servers provided by third parties) and is available for anyone to view; however, copyright for the Content is not waived.
  3. The NFT holder may use the NFT and the Content (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the NFT, etc.”) in the following forms in addition to the forms permitted under the Japanese Copyright Act, such as copying for personal use and transferring to exclusive groups made up of a few persons; provided, however, that this excludes use that is contrary to public order and morals or that damages, or is likely to damage, the reputation or image of our company, the Content’s copyright holder, or the NFT, etc.
    1. Buying and selling the NFT on OpenSea and other NFT marketplaces; and
    2. Displaying a thumbnail of the Content on an NFT marketplace when buying or selling the NFT based on the preceding item.
